RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $611 . 91 SICK LEAVE
AND VACATION PAY TO RAMONA LELAND, RESIGNEE OF
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT,
WHEREAS, on the llth day of May, 1979, Ramona Leland resigned
from employment with the Engineering Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Ramona Leland is entitled to payment for 2112 hours
sick leave, in the amount of $369 . 59, and
WHEREAS, Ramona Leland has earned and is entitled to 61/2 days
vacation pay, in the amount of $242 . 32, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that Ramona Leland be paid the total amount of $611 . 91, being payment
in full for above mentioned earned sick leave and vacation pay, and
that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Ramona Leland.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by City Council on the 14th day of May,
1979, approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 14th day of May, 1979 .
