A RESOLUTION .ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, FOR F.Y.
1979 STREET REJUVENATION PROGRAM, CONTRACT
NO. 174.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract and estimate of costs, for the construction of the
F.Y. 1979 Street Rejuvenation Program, Contract No. 174 in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans specificat-
ions, form of contract and estimate of costs, and the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same, now,
theref ore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that said plans specifications, fora of contract and
estimate of cost , be, and the same are hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 21st day of May, 1979.
