A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO DENNIS E. MOORE
AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ONE TEMPORARY
ASPHALT . DRIVEWAY AT 846 BELLE STREET, WATERLOO, IOWA
IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That,
WHEREAS, Dennis E . Moore
has made written application to the City Council asking that he
be authorized and permitted to construct one temporary asphalt
driveway at 846 Belle Street, Waterloo , Iowa
without respect to a permanent
sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Lot 170
Cedar Terrace Third Add Wloo
known as 846 Belle Street ;
and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
that said request should be granted, now, therefore ,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Dennis E. Moore to
construct one temporary asphalt driveway at 846 Belle Street ,
Waterloo , Iowa
in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the
subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Iowa , and the said Dennis E. Moore
that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise , that the said
Dennis E. Moore will immediately thereafter,
and at his own expense, remove all or whatever portion of
temporary asphalt driveway he may have constructed, and re-
build or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade
as may hereafter be set and established, the work to be done under the
supervision of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized and direct-
ed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk
County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for
filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official
County Record.

AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ONE TEMPORARY
ASPx:ALT DKIVEWAY AT 1654 LASTON AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA
IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That,
WHEREAS, Wayne S. Hartleip
has made written application to the City Council asking that he
be authorized and permitted to construct one temporary asphalt
driveway at 1654 Easton Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa
without respect to a permanent
sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Loft 4/
E 13 1/3 Ft Lot 4S, Pleasant View Add Wloo
known as 1654 Laston Avenue
and ;
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
that said request should be granted, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Wayne S. Hartleip to
construct one temporary asphalt driveway at 1654 Easton Avenue,
Waterloo, Iowa
in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the
subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the said Wayne S. Hartleip
that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for

Wayne S. xlartleip will immediately thereafter,
