RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
F.Y. 1979 STREET REJUVENATION PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 174, TO ,ASPRO, INC. , IN THE
AMOUNT OF $93, 904.10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Aspro, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $93, 904.10, for the construction of the F .Y. 1979
Street Rejuvenation Program, Contract No. 174, be and is
hereby approved for acceptance, the same being the lowest
hid received for said work.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 21st day of May, 1979.
