RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AS WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY,
ESTABLISHING TENANT ELIGIBILITY FOR ELDERLY
PROJECT IA 50-3 .
WHEREAS , to conform with H .,U,D , guidelines a reexamination date
should be established to coincide with submission of the Elderly
Housing IA 50-3 budget 90 days prior to fiscal year end, June 30;
and the regular reexamination date for tenant eligibility should be
April 1, with actual work on reexamination of income to be done in
February; and the regular reexamination of income to be done every
two years should not preclude any interim reexaminations due to
increases or decreases in income , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that a reexamination date be, and is hereby, established to coincide
with submission of the Elderly Housing IA 50-3 budget 90 days prior
to fiscal year end, June 30, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the regular reexamination date for
tenant eligibility be, and is hereby, established as April 1, with
actual work on reexamination of income to be done in. February and
the regular reexamination of income to be done every two years does
not preclude any interim reexaminations due to increases or decreases
in income .
Passed and adopted this 21st day of May, 1979, approved by the
Mayor this 21st day of May, 1979 .
