RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF 5,063 . 96
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
KARL E . HOLLINGSWORTH, RESIGNEE AS PERSONNEL
DIRECTOR,
WHEREAS , on the 8th day of June, 1979 , Karl E . Hollingsworth
resigned as Personnel Director in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , Karl E . Hollingsworth is entitled to payment for
313 2 hours of sick leave , in the amount of $2, 938 . 29 , and
WHEREAS , Karl E . Hollingsworth has earned and is entitled
to 226 2/3 hours vacation pay, in the amount $2, 125 , 67, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Karl E . Hollingsworth be paid the total amount of $5, 063 . 96
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to Karl E . Hollingsworth.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 21st day of May, 1979,
approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on 21st day of May, 1979 ,
