RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3 , 642 . 36 SICK
LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO ROBERT TRETTIN RESIGNEE
OF POLICE DEPARTMENT,
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1979, Robert Trettin resigned
from employment with the Police Department in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS , Robert Trettin is entitled to payment for 121 days
sick leave , and
WHEREAS, Robert Trettin has earned and is entitled to 3 weeks
vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that Robert Trettin be paid the total amount of $3 , 642. 36, being payment
in full for above mentioned earned sick leave and vacation pay, and that
the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same
to Robert Trettin,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by City Council on the 21st day of May, 1979,
approved by the Mayor Pro Tem, on the 21st day of May, 1979 .
