RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2 , 545 . 86 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO ROBERT DECKER, RESIGNEE
OF STREET DEPARTMENT ,
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of May, 1979 , Robert Decker resigned.
from employment in the Street Department in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Robert Decker is entitled to payment for 333 hours
of sick leave, and
WHEREAS , Robert Decker has earned and is entitled to 120 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Robert Decker be paid the total amount of $2, 545 . 86 , being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that.
the Finance Director be , and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Robert Decker .
Passed and adopted by City Council on 21st day of May, 1979 ,
approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on 21st day of May, 1979 .
