RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF BLACK HAWK COUNTY THE SUS-
PENSION OF CURRENT TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF
$348.00 FOR 419 LANE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA;
That the petition of Charlotte Parker, 419 Lane Street , Waterloo,
Iowa as filed with the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa requesting
the suspension of current taxes on,
The East One Hundred Forty-one and one-half (1411/2)
feet of Lot No. Seventeen (17) in C. 0. Balliett
and F . L. Gilbert ' s Subdivision of the East One-
Half (2) of Lot No. Two (2) and the West One-half
(2) of Lot No. Three (3) in Hardy and Virdeng Plat
of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Twenty-
Four (24) ; Township Eighty-nine (89) North; Range
Thirteen ( 13) ; West of the Fifth Principal Meridian
in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
as shown in said petition, be, and the same is hereby approved by this
Council for suspension and the recommendation is hereby made that the
Board of Supervisors of Black Hawk County, Iowa, take action to suspend
the taxes of said petitioner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed to forward
a copy of this Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Black Hawk
County.
