RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer be made in the amount of $2,177,905.42 from Tax
Increment Financing Fund (101) to Debt Service Fund (100) for the
TIF portions of general obligation bond principal and interest.
