RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPROVAL OF PLANS
SPECIFICATIONS, ETC. , FOR DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD
CONTROL WORKS, CONTRACT NO. 99A, 99B AND 99C.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, here-
tofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare proposed
plans , specifications , etc. , for the Dry Run. Creek Flood Control Works ,
in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, known as Contract Nos. 99A, 99B and
99C, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans , specifi-
cations , etc. , for the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works , known as
Contract Nos. 99A, 99Band 99C, which were preliminarily approved on.
May 7, 1979 , and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing, upon notice, was held on June 4, 1979,
and no objections were made , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
said proposed plans , specifications , etc. , for the Dry Run Creek Flood
Control Works , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract Nos.
99A, 99B and 99C, be , and the same are hereby, approved as filed°
H C Passed and adopted this 4th day of June, 1979.
