RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT
FOR CITY STREET RELOCATION AND/OR RECONSTRUCT-
ION, PROJECT NO. F-520-6 (18) --20-07 , AGREEMENT
NO. 79-1-078 WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT-
ATION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Right-of-Way Agreement No. 79-1-078, for Project No.
F-520-6 (18) --20-07 , between Iowa Department of Transportation
and City of Waterloo, Iowa, dated June 4, 1979, for City Street
Relocations and/or Reconstruction, be and the same is hereby
approved , and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of June, 1979.
