RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT PERFORMANCE
BOND AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE OF ASPRO,
INC. , OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$93, 904.10 FOR F.Y. 1979 STREET REJUVENATION
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 174.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of spro, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa,
for F .Y. 1979 Street Rejuvenation Program, Contract No. 174,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
4th day of June, 1979, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
United Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and
Certificate of Insurance as surety thereon, be, and the same
are hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 4th day of June, 1979.
