RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR
VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS (VFW) BUILDING NEAR
INTERSECTION OF REBER AVENUE AND FLETCHER AVENUE ,
WHEREAS , Veterans of Foreign Wars has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approved a revised site plan.
for Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Building near intersection of
Reber Avenue and Fletcher Avenue, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 11, 1979 at
7: 00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned revised site plan,
and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said revised
site plan should be approved, subject to certain conditions as published
in Waterloo Courier on 5/25/79, recommendations of Plan and Program
Commission, and fence and lighting, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the revised site plan for Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Building
near intersection of Reber Avenue and Fletcher Avenue be, and the same
is hereby, approved ,
Passed and adopted this llth day of June, 1979, approved by the
Mayor this llth day of June, 1979 ,
