RESOLUTION APPOINTING GORDON CASSMANN AS MUNICIPAL
WEE REMOVAL SUPERVISOR, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL
OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA,
WHEREAS, Chapter 317, 3 of the 1977 Code of Iowa permits
Municipal Councils of the State of Iowa to appoint a Municipal

Weed Removal Supervisor,, whose term of office shall not exceed
one (1) year, subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors
of Black Hawk County, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
believes Gordon Cassmann to be qualified to serve as Municipal
Weed Removal Supervisor, now, therefore, p l
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that Gordon Cassmann, be, and he is hereby appointed Municipal
Weed Removal Supervisor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in ac-
cordance with the provisions of Chapter 317 . 3 of the 1977 Code of
Iowa, subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors of
Black Hawk County, Iowa, and that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the
County Board of Supervisors of Black Hawk County, Iowa:
