RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $6, 982.80
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
JOSEPH WARMUTH, RETIREE OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of May, 1979, Joseph Warmuth re-
tired from employment in the Fire Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS, Joseph Warmuth is entitled to payment for 697
hours of sick leave, in the amount of $5, 311. 14, and
WHEREAS, Joseph Warmuth has earned and is entitled to 5/12
casual and 12 days vacation pay, in the amount of $1, 671. 66, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Joseph Warmuth be paid the total amount of $6, 982.80,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and delvier the same to Joseph Warmuth.
Passed and adopted by City Council on llth day of June, 1979,
approved by the Mayor on llth day of June, 1979.
