A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM BUDGET BY
TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,414.25 FROM "COMPLETION OF URBAN
RENEWAL" to 'PUBLIC WORKS, FACILITIES AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS"
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo entered into an Agreement with the Federal
Government approving the Community Development Block Grant Program and Budget; and
WHEREAS, an amount of $177,529.00 was budgeted for Maywood Water - Third Year
and $164,137.00 was budgeted for Huntington Road Storm Sewer; and
WHEREAS, Maywood Water Third Year was under-budgeted by $2,431.83 and
Huntington Road Storm Sewer was under-budgeted by $9,982.42; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in "Completion of Urban Renewal".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the Community Development Block Grant Budget as previously
approved be revised by transferring the sum of $12,414.25 from the "Completion
of Urban Renewal" Budget Line Item to the "Public Works, Facilities, Site
Improvements" Budget Line Item.
