RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF THE
FIRST AMENDMENT TO HOTEL DEVELOPMENT AGREE-
MENT WITH CONTINENTAL, WIDA, DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT,
BE IT RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the First Amendment to Hotel Development Agreement with
Continental WIDA, and Department of Housing and Urban Development
with the City of Waterloo , Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979 ,
