RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
GRANT AGREEMENT NO0 B-AA-78-19-0001 WITH DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOOIOWA
that the Amendment to Grant Agreement No . B-AA-78-19-0001 dated
May 31, 1979,by and between the Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,be and the same is here-
by approved,and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979 .
