RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF ALL RIGHT,TITLE
AND INTEREST OF WATERLOO INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOC-
IATION ARISING UNDER THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BET-
WEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND WATERLOO INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION TO CONTINENTAL INVESTMENT
GROUP OF CHICAGO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOOpIOWA
that the assignment of all right,title,and interest of Waterloo
Industrial Development Association arising under the Memorandum
of Agreement between the City of Waterloo and the Waterloo In-
dustrial Development Association to Continental Investment Group
of Chicago,said assignment dated June 25, 1979 by and between
Waterloo Industrial Development Association and Continental In-
vestment Group of Chicago.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979 .
