RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RADIO COMMUNICATION
REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ROSENKRANS ELEC-
RONIC COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAME
BY MAYOR AND CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Radio Communication Repair Service Agreement for the period of
July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980 by and between Rosenkrans Electronic Com-
pany, of Waterloo , Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979,
