A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION
OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN LOTS 85 AND 86, PRA-
IRIE MEADOW WEST FIFTH ,ADDITION .AS JULY 16,
1979, AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa at 7 :00 o' clock P.M. , on the 16th day of July, 1979, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate
certain easements in Lots 85 and 86, Prairie Meadow West Fifth
Addition requested by .Arlin Zevenbergen for Red Carpet Realty of,
Waterloo, owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows:
The five (5) foot utility easement lying along
the west lot line of Lot 85, except for the north
15 feet and except the south eight (8) feet ; and
also the five (5) foot utility easement lying along
the east lot line of Lot 86, except for the north
15 feet and except the south eight (8) feet , all
in Prairie Meadow West Fifth Addition in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Daily Courier, in the manner provided by Section 362. 3 of the
1979 Code of Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979.
