A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION
OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN LOT 21, NOBLE HADLEY
SECOND :ADDITION AND LYING ALONG THE SOUTH-
WESTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 21 AS JULY 16, 1979,
AT 7 :00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa at 7:00 o' clock P.M. , on the 16th day of July, 1979, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate
certain easements in Lot 21, Noble Hadley Second Addition and lying
along the Southwesterly lot line of Lot 21 requested by Mike Crawley
for Bullock Garages, owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described
as follows:
The northeasterly 5 feet of the S foot utility
easement lying along the southwesterly lot line
of Lot 21, Noble-Hadley Second Addition, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Daily Courier,
in the manner provided by Section 362. 3 of the 1979 Code of Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979.
