A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENT
ACZEEMFWTS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAM IN CON-
NECTION WITH F.Y. 1979 PAVING PROGRAM NO. 1, CONTRACT
NO. 166.
WEEREAS, the City of Waterloo is engaged in planning storm sewer and
drainage construction along Cedar Terrace Drive, and
WHEREAS, Hans H. Oye, Curtis P. Ridgeway and Irene B. Ridgeway, Dale L.
Chase and Lou Ellen Chase, George A. Knoop and Sheryl A. Knoop, Ronald F.
Millett and Kathryn A. Millett, and Ronald A. Penne and Marjorie J. Penne
are title holders of land required for the storm sewer and drainage program,
and
WnREAS, said title holders have provided the following Permanent and
Temporary Easement Agreements:

i F. WHEREAS, the coiiipensation for granting said Easements to the City of
r.16 Waterloo, Iowa has been determined on the basis of appraisals completed by

d `" • BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa that the
`1 above mentioned Permanent and Temporary Easements be, and the same are hereby,
c' approved and accepted and the Mayor and Clerk authorized to execute said
L\-- U Easement Agreements on behalf of the City of Waterloo, and

BE IT FURTH= RESOLVED that a copy of the executed Easement Agreements
i 0 `' be returned to the title holders for their records.
