A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SEWER RENTAL
FUND THE SUM OF EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
THIRT7EN DOLLARS ($ 84,113.00) TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1978-1979 Fiscal
Budget on March 6, 1978 allocating $ 204,781.00 for operations
of the Sewer department within the General Fund, and
WHEREAS, due to increased expenditures of the Sewer
department for higher utility costs and replacement of
heavy equipment, it is now necessary to transfer an additional
$ 8L ,113.00 to the General Fund ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for
the amount of $ 84,113.00 from the Sewer Rental Fund to
to the General Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June 1979.
