RESOLUTION APPRW ING AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED MAY 10, 1979 FROM TWIN CITY TEST-
ING AND ENGINEERING LABORATORY, INC. , FOR
LABORATORY SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE
BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 12.
WHEREAS, Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. ,
Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, 'have rendered laboratory services in
connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Pro-
ject , Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said laboratory ser-
vices, rendered by the said Twin City Testing and Engineering
Laboratory, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated May 10, 1979,
is $44.00, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. , be paid
the Sum of $44.00 being payment for the statement dated May 10,
1979, on said contract for laboratory services rendered in con-
nection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project ,
Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and order-
ed to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory,
Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979.
