RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED MAY 30, 1979 FROM BRICE, PET RIDES
& .ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE "EVALU.ATION AND PLANN-
ING FOR THE HACKETT ROAD BYPASS" .
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the "Evaluation and Planning for the Hackett
Road ByPass" , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated May 30 , 1979, is $27, 656. 20 ,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $27 , 656. 20 being payment for the Statement dated May
30, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered
in connection with the "Evaluation and Planning for the Hackett
Road ByPass" , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and order-
ed to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Brice, Petrides & .Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979.
