RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATE-
MENT DATED MAY 30, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES
& ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR DRAINAGE STRUCTURE REPLACEMENT FOR MARTIN
ROAD AND CEDAR TERRACE DRIVE, CONTRACT NO. 100.
WHEREAS, Brice , Petrides &Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Drainage Structure Replacement for Martin
Road and Cedar Terrace Drive, Contract No. 100 , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides (Sc Associates,
Inc. , as shown in their statement dated May 30 , 1979, is
$1, 613.82, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $1, 613.82 being payment for the Statement dated May
30 , 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered
in connection with the Drainage Structure Replacement for
Martin Road and Cedar Terrace Drive, Contract No. 100, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be,
and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979.
