RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT AS TO WORK
AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY SEE ELECTRIC, INC. , FOR
SANS SOUCI BRIDGE APPROACH LIGHTING, CONTRACT NO.
502, ACCEPTING THE WORK AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, See Electric, Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, have furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with the Sans
Souci Bridge Approach Lighting , Contract No. 502, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Final Pay Estimate No. 3 Report of Brice, Pet-
rides & :Associates, Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, Engineers, for the work
performed and materials furnished by the said Contractors under
said contract , Community Development Block Grant Funds is $14,
627 . 71, and
WHEREAS, said Contractors have been previously paid the amount
of $11, 264. 22, leaving a balance due of $3, 363.49, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the report of the Engineers be approved , the work accepted ,
said Contractors, See Electric, Inc. , be paid the sum of $3, 363.49,
and that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized , empowered
and ordered to certify that a warrant should be drawn from the ap-
propriate Expenditures Funds for the sum of $3 , 363 .49, and the same
be delivered to the Said See Electric, Inc. ,
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1979.
