RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer be made in the amount of $578,070.00 from Sewer
Fund (520) to Debt Service Fund (100) for sewer fund portion of
general obligation bond issue refunded in June 2010.

Sewer Fund Debt Service Fund $578,070.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
