TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Black Hawk County Notice is hereby given that on the 21st
day of August 2023,at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E.Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall In the City of Waterloo,Iowa,a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,for the sale
and conveyance of City-owned property
located east of 2200 Falls Avenue in the
amount of $1.00, and to approve a
Development Agreement with 3 Stooges,
LLC, with a Minimum Assessment
Waterloo, City of- Legals Agreement of $500,000.00 for the con-
struction of two 4,800 square toot
Accounts Payable as ollowsal buildings, legally described
LOTS 409 THROUGH 415 IN GALLO-
715 MULBERRY ST. WAY ADDITION,CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, EX-
CEPT THOSE PORTIONS OF SAID
WATERLOO IA 50703 LOTS INCLUDED IN PARCEL °I" PER
PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED AS
DOC.NO.2022-23300.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
ORDER NUMBER 228268 file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall.Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
