RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer be made in the amount of $997,478.84 from General
Fund (010) to Debt Service Fund (100) to pay the principal and
interest on the Section 108 loan amount borrowed for the
Riverwalls construction that is part of the Vision Iowa projects.
