RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer of investment earnings be made in the amount of
$10,631.57 from Section 108 Program Fund (228) to Debt Service
Fund (100) for repayment of the Section 108 loan borrowed for the
Riverwalls construction.
