RESOLUTION NO. 2023-501
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2022-633 IN
ITS ENTIRETY, A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
YOUNGBLUT FARMS, LTD., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$300,000.00, REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF 1.55 ACRES
OF LAND, LOCATED NORTHEAST OF 3173 TITAN TRAIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Resolution No. 2022-633 adopted on October 3, 2022, "Resolution approving a Development
Agreement with Youngblut Farms, Ltd. regarding the purchase 1.55 acres of land in the amount
of $300,000.00, located northeast of 3173 Titan Trail" is hereby rescinded in its entirety, as
payment terms of the Development Agreement were changed by the fifth amendment to the
Development Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August 2023.
