RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF
HOTEL/MOTEL TAX COUNCIL DISCRETIONARY FUNDS
TO WATERLOO LEISURE SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF
$15,000.00 FOR THE FY 2024 GOLF MARKETING
CAMPAIGN AND $15,000.00 FOR THE FY 2024
SPORTSPLEX MARKETING CAMPAIGN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the award of Hotel/Motel Tax Council Discretionary Funds dated August 21, 2023, be
hereby awarded to Waterloo Leisure Services in the amount of $15,000.00 for the FY 2024 Golf
Marketing Campaign and $15,000.00 for the FY 2024 SportsPlex Marketing Campaign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August 2023.
