RESOLUTION NO. 2023-520
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
REVENUE FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE
STATE INCOME OFFSET PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated August 21, 2023, between the Iowa Department of
Revenue and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for continued participation in the State Income Offset
Program, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August 2023.
