RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated June 28, 2010, for sale and
conveyance of city -owned property generally located at 231 and
251 Jackson Street for $1.00 each, by and between Iowa Heartland
Habitat for Humanity and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
