RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
PLOW AND DE-ICING VEHICLE AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract
and estimate of cost for the purchase of Snow Removal Equipment
Plow and De -Icing Vehicle at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. for the
purchase of Snow Removal Equipment Plow and De -Icing Vehicle at
the Waterloo Regional Airport, which were preliminarily approved
on June 14, 2010 by Resolution No. 2010-488, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 28,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract and estimate of cost for the purchase of Snow
Removal Equipment Plow and De -Icing Vehicle at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
