RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT PLOW AND
DE-ICING VEHICLE AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-556, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., for the purchase of Snow
Removal Equipment Plow and De -Icing Vehicle at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
June 28, 2010 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the purchase of Snow
Removal Equipment Plow and De -Icing Vehicle at the Waterloo
Regional Airport be approved.
