RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON
CONSULTANTS, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 28, 2010, in the amount not to
exceed $7,000.00, to provide construction observation and testing
services in conjunction with Fire Station No. 8, by and between
Terracon Consultants, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2010.
