AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF LETSCH ROAD IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS :
1. That the part of Letsch Road in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
described as follows :
"That portion of Letsch Road beginning with
the south line of Lot One (1) and extended
to the north line of Lot Eight (8) of 'Lawless
Addition' in Black Hawk County, Iowa , now in
the City of Waterloo, "
be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of February, 1969.
