NO. 2479 BY ADDING 3-SECTION 1 THERETO REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF r TERL00, IOWi.
BC IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO. YJF1iri:
section 1. That Section 2a -5 of Ordinance No. 2479 be and the same is hereby
amended by adding the following `>ub-Sect ion One (1):
"1 - TO R-2 ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT:
A part of the N % of the SE V of Section 4-88-13, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
11 of that part of. the N of the .SE '., of said section 4 which is
west of a line that is 559.78 feet West of the Cast line of said
Section 4 and which is east of Colby Road extended.

feet to the point of beginning.

distance of 245.68 feet to a point 155.00 feet West of the East
line of said Section 4; thence 5 0° 02' 30" W parallel with said

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2A-5 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 2479 BY ADDING SUB-SECTION 1 THERETO REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 be and the same is hereby
amended by adding the following Sub-Section One (1) :
"1 - TO R-2 ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT:
A part of the N Y2 of the SE 4 of Section 4-88-13, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
All of that part of the N Y2 of the SE 4 of said Section 4 which is
west of a line that is 559.78 feet West of the East line of said
Section 4 and which is east of Colby Road extended.

A part of the N 1/2 of the SE % of Section 4-88-13, Waterloo, Black
