BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMM, OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: SECTION 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 1 of said section, the following Sub-Section two (2) : 2. All of the property described below except the North Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet thereof: That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section No. Twenty-nine (29) , Township No. Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. Twelve (12) West of the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point in the North line of said Section which is One Thousand Ninety-six and eight- tenths (1096.8) feet East of the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence South along a line which is parallel with the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section a distance of Nine Hundred Ninety (990) feet; thence East along a line which is parallel with the North line of said Section a distance of Four Hundred Forty (440) feet; thence North along a line which is parallel with the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section a distance of Nine Hundred Ninety (990) feet to the North line of said Section; thence West along the North line of said Section a distance of Four Hundred Forty (440) feet to the place of beginning, except that part thereof bounded as follows: Commencing at a point which is Three Hundred Fifty-six and eight-tenths (356.8) feet South of the Northwest corner of the above described tract; thence South along the West line of said tract a distance of One 1 7,•• 'Fag' - - lgola drxmeLt J.:171 1 3 2485 ORDINANCE NO.
