ORDINANCE FENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 3 TO
SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID O1 DINANc , REZONING
CERTAIN PROPEWXY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Comm., OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
SECTION 1; That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance We. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 2 of said section, the following
Sub-Section three (3) :
"3 A11 of Lots Six (6) thru Ten (10) inclusive
and Lots Twelve (12) thru Fifteen (15) both
inclusive all in Block Seventeen (17) in
"Hagerman Place" in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2 Commercial
District.
section 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
