AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY
EASEMENT, BEING THE WEST 3 ' OF THE EAST 8 '
EXCEPT fRE SOUTH 8 ' OVER LOT 1, IN EVERGREEN
HILL ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a portion of a utility easement, being the west
3 ' of the east 8 ' except the south 8 ' over Lot 1, in Evergreen
Hill Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall be, and the
same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of April , 1969.
