AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF ASHLAND AVENUE
AND EDISON STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS :
1. That the part of Ashland Avenue and Edison Street in the City
of Vatetloo, Iowa described as follows :
That part of Ashland Avenue between West Parker
Street and Brees Street and that part of Edison
Street between Ashland Avenue and the alley East
of Lot 12, Block 5 owned by the City of T4terloo,
Iowa,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
