ORMANCE NO. - V9/
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A TRACT OF LAND ALONG
THE WEST SIDE OF KIMBALL AVENUE, SOUTH OF
PARK LANE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That a tract of land along the west side of Kimball Avenue,
south of Park Lane in the City of Waterloo, Iowa described as follows :
A part of the Wirth Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
4, Township 60 North, Lange 13, est of the 5th in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the North Half of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 4; thence S. 69 32' 51" W.
along the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter
a distance of 66. 1 feet to the point of beginning; thence S. 89
32 ' 51" W . along said South line a distance of 86. 9 feet; thence
N. 0 02 ' 30 E. parallel to East line of said North Half of
the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1286.6 feet to the South
line of Tract A, Southgate First Addition; thence N. 69 40'
53" E. along said South line a distance of 14.51 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Tract A; thence S. 1 12 ' 12" E. a
distance of 177.43 feet ; thence Southerly along a curve concave
Easterly having a radius of 5797.0 feet a distance of 337. 76
feet ; thence 5 . 4 32 ' 30" E. a distance of 430. 26 feet; thence
Southerly along a curve concave Westerly having a radius of
5663.0 feet a distance of 342. 47 feet to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
