ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY t.DDING SUB-SECTION NO. 4 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
frther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 3 of said Section, the
following Sub-Section four (4) :
"4 Lots 361 through 365 in Pleasant View Addition
on the Southwest corner of La Porte Road and
Plymouth Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the boning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District. "
SECTION 2 : That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May , 1969.
