HomeMy WebLinkAbout2496-05.26.1969 ��7 {{fi����tt,� ��/Iy'��; ORDINANCE NO. 2 4 9 6 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 5 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA : SECTION 1: That Section 2A-5 )f Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 4 of said section, the following Sub-Section five (5) : "5 The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Sec. 11, Township No. 88 North, Range No. 13 West of the 5th P.M. , except the East 80 feet of the North 153 feet thereof, except that part thereof deeded to the State of Iowa for highway purposes by deed dated December 24, 1957, and recorded in Book 120 Land Deed Records, Page 43, and except all legal highways, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "A-1" Agricultural District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial District. " SECTION 2 : That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
