GATES PARK PLACE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS :
1. That part of the East of Lot 1, Block 5, Gates Park Place,
Vaterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the point of intersection of the North
line of said Lot 1 with the West line of the East
of said Lot 1; Thence Southerly along the Vest line
of the East of said Lot 1 to a point which is 15
feet North of the South line of said Lot 1 ; Thence
Northeasterly along a line to a point which is 16
feet East of the West line of the East of said
Lot 1 and 16. 7 feet Noah of the south line of said
Lot 1; Thence Northerly along a line which is parallel
with and 16 feet from the West line of the East of
said Lot 1 to the North line of said Lot 1; Thence
Westerly along the North line of said Lot 1 a distance
of 16 feet to the point of beginning,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacateo.
